Abstract

This study explores the role of Human Resource Management (HRM) in the effective implementation of resource allocation models in hospital settings across Telangana. Utilizing a qualitative approach, the study examines how HRM practices influence resource distribution, staff satisfaction, and patient outcomes. The research draws on interviews with 200 hospital administrators, HR professionals, and healthcare staff to identify key challenges and strategies in resource allocation. The findings highlight the critical role of HRM in optimizing resource allocation, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing patient care. The study offers recommendations for HRM practices to support resource allocation in hospital environments.
