Abstract

The development of rural infrastructure is a cornerstone of improving quality of life, economic outcomes, and health in underserved regions. This study examines the current state of roads, water supply, and sanitation in Gunderdehi, a rural block, and explores potential interventions to improve these essential services. By analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data, the study assesses the impact of infrastructure on economic activities, health, and social well-being. The findings suggest that improving road connectivity, ensuring reliable water supply, and enhancing sanitation facilities can have significant positive effects on community health, economic productivity, and overall quality of life. The study concludes with recommendations for targeted infrastructure investments, community participation, and long-term sustainability.
