Synthesis and Anticancer Assess of Linear Formazan, Invented Macrocyclic Formazan with Invented Sulfazan from Trimethoprim as Drugs

Abstract

Original  Sulfazan and Macrocyclic Formazan Compounds were  created and  developed globally for the first time by academic  (Prof. Dr. Nagham Aljamali  in April 2019) through  more than  five  stages of organic reaction with different catalyst  acted by  (pyridine , butoxide , tri ethyl amine, pi.pyridine ,…)., Therefore, these original compounds  added  recently to  organic compounds as a modern  Innovative  compounds., then we studied  most of their chemical and physical properties  to improve some papers  and references  about  Sulfazan and Macrocyclic Formazan. A number of practical spectroscopic studies  have been used  to revel their chemical structures which delivered  to strong  indications of  their chemical structures through different  technical plans and chemical spectra like (FT IR-Spectra , 1H.NMR-Spectra, 13C.NMR-Spectra)., Melting points, other studies  represented  by physical with chemical properties ,and anticancer assay against Breast cancer.
