Physiological assessment the levels of liver enzymes and antioxidants in serum of infected women with skin leishmaniasis

Abstract

The results of the clinical and laboratory examination of 60 samples of women patients with skin leishmaniasis in Salah Al-Din Governorate for the period from January to February 2022, the obtained results during the period of research, revealed the harmful effect of Leishmania parasites on skin leishmaniasis infection on the level of antioxidants, increased in level of SOD-3, decreased in level of vitamin C and increased in level of GPT decreased in GOT level of lever enzyme.
