Formation of Substituted 1, 2, 4- triazole and evaluation of antifungal activities with ADMET study

Abstract

A series of 1,2,4-triazole derivatives were synthesized from ethyl 4-hydroxybenzoate with various substituents, and the data came from spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR),(13C NMR ) resonance. The compounds' identities were determined using mass spectrometry. The compounds' antifungal efficacy was tested on two types of plant fungi, and the results show that some of them are involved in promising activities, which were also studied using the computer for the prepared compounds.
