Psycho-immunological status of patients recovered from SARS-Cov-2

Abstract

Infection with covid-19 can influence the life of a person in different aspects such as  psychological disturbance. The aim of this study is to evaluate the correlation between immunological and psychological status of patients recently recovered from SARS-Cov-2. We collect data --- patients recovered from SARS cov-2 over three months by using a prepared questioner on google form application including psychological, immunological, and physiological parameters, and the results were analyzed statistically. The results  showed that the mean of F test is significantly low (level 116.8072) in cases who cured from COVID-19 disease and there were significant (p ≤0.027) effects of gender on psychological behavior female (121.26) higher than male (111.8). Other factors like marital status and age have no effect on psychological aspects.  The results showed also that  high level of d dimmer lead to increased stress and depression, whereas there are no statistical effects of serum ferritin and elevated antibodies on psychological outcomes. We conclude that there is a strong correlation between  psychological effects after recovering from covid 19 and gender and D-dimer.
