Abstract

Day care for the elderly has become an essential service for older adults who require assistance and support with their daily activities. Nurses play a crucial role in day care facilities for the elderly as they provide medical care, emotional support, and maintain the overall well-being of the residents. This essay explores the importance of day care for the elderly and the significant role nurses play in providing comprehensive care to older adults. The methods used to deliver care, the results of such care, and the discussion on the impact of day care services on the elderly population are examined. In conclusion, it is evident that day care for the elderly, with the involvement of skilled nurses, is vital in improving the quality of life for older adults.
