Examining the Effectiveness of Government Entrepreneurship Initiatives on the Growth of the Real Estate Sector in India: A Case Study Approach

Abstract

This research paper examines the effectiveness of government entrepreneurship initiatives on the growth of the
real estate sector in India. Using a case study approach, the research investigates the impact of government
policies and programs implemented to promote entrepreneurship in the real estate sector. Data was collected
through interviews and document analysis of the sample of government entrepreneurship initiatives. The
findings suggest that government entrepreneurship initiatives have had a positive impact on the growth of the
real estate sector in India. The study highlights the key success factors for effective government
entrepreneurship initiatives in the real estate sector and discusses the potential impact of the findings on the
real estate industry and entrepreneurship in India.
