Abstract

Interventional radiology (IR) is a rapidly evolving specialty in the field of medicine that utilizes minimally invasive techniques to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions. This essay explores the indications and best practices in interventional radiology, focusing on the importance of proper patient selection, procedural techniques, and post-procedural care. The methodology involved conducting a comprehensive review of the literature to gather evidence-based information on the topic.
