Emotional intelligence emerged as a concept as early as the 1920s and is now recognized as a crucial element in achieving success in management and leadership roles. The authors conducted a thorough review of existing literature on this topic, compiling pertinent and insightful information. Through their analysis, the authors ascertain that existing research indicates a robust positive correlation between emotional intelligence and entrepreneurial capabilities.
