Abstract

Abstract- This review paper aims to explore the influence of digital marketing and its significance for both consumers and marketers. The exploration commences with an introduction to digital marketing, delving into its various mediums, distinguishing it from traditional marketing, and examining the merits, drawbacks, and importance it holds in the contemporary landscape.

The global landscape is undergoing a paradigm shift from analog to digital, and marketing is following suit. With technological advancements on the rise, the prevalence of digital marketing, social media marketing, and search engine marketing is witnessing a surge. The surge in internet users further amplifies the reach and impact of digital marketing, as it predominantly relies on online platforms. A noticeable transformation is occurring in consumer buying behavior, with a pronounced inclination towards digital marketing over traditional marketing methods
