Efficient utilization of ORs and allocation of resources are essential to enhance patient outcomes, optimize workflow, and reduce costs. This essay explores strategies for optimizing OR utilization and resource allocation, focusing on factors such as scheduling, staff management, equipment utilization, and workflow optimization. By implementing these strategies, healthcare facilities can improve operational efficiency, reduce wait times, and enhance patient satisfaction.
