Abstract

Purpose: This review research paper aims to investigate the impact of training and development programs on employee productivity and organizational success. The purpose is to gain a comprehensive understanding of how these programs influence employee performance and contribute to the overall success of organizations. The study is grounded in relevant theoretical frameworks, including theories of human resource development and organizational learning.
