Abstract

Aim: In this research the efficient routing protocol for smart health care system using green communication in WBAN to maximize the throughput and minimize energy consumption by cluster based routing approach proposed Path-Aware clustering Mechanism (PCM) protocol and compared with Improved Path-Aware clustering Mechanism. Materials and Methods: In proposed IPCM protocol the cluster head (CH) innovative bandwidth based Commander Node, distance, residual energy. In this work there are two groups in which each group has 20 sample sizes collected by varying numbers of rounds and it was calculated by calculator. Net with pre-test power of 80% (G-power). To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed IPCM protocol in terms of energy Consumption and Throughput. Results:From the SPSS results the puppets are energy consumption and throughput has statistically significant value (p<0.05). The output obtained by the proposed IPCM protocol has better performance when compared to theĀ  PCM protocol in terms of 1.45% higher throughput, 2.11% energy Consumption. Conclusion: From the independent statistical t-test and experiment's results the proposed IPCM protocol has efficient routing when compared to PCM protocol.
