This essay explores strategies for optimizing OR utilization and resource allocation, focusing on factors such as scheduling, staff management, equipment utilization, and workflow optimization. By implementing these strategies, healthcare facilities can improve operational efficiency, reduce wait times, and enhance patient satisfaction.
