Impact of Environmental Management and Human Resource Management Strategies on Employee Performance in Pharmaceutical Companies

Abstract
Introduction: Effective techniques for managing human resources may encourage the achievement of new organisational goals in regard to environmental or ecological performance.
Objectives: To examine the socio demographic makeup of those who work for pharmaceutical companies and to how employee performance affects the HR policies used by pharmaceutical companies.
Methods: 100 employees from Chennai-based pharmaceutical companies are participating in the study at the outset. Basic random sampling was used to choose the samples for the inquiry. This important work is created using a descriptive research design. Samples from the respondents were obtained for the study using an interview schedule.
Conclusion: Employee performance was found to be impacted by these human resource management practises, which account for the cumulative variance of 65.94% reported in the data in pharmaceutical businesses. Employee performance is greatly impacted by compensation, appreciation, job autonomy, resource access, and relationships. Employee feedback systems and company culture have a direct impact on workplace motivation when compensation is equal. Employee performance in pharmaceutical enterprises is equally influenced by training and development techniques.
