Issues Of the Effective Use of The Leasing Mechanism on The Basis of Public-Private Partnership

Abstract

This article is of particular importance in the rapid development of the large-scale reforms implemented in the republic under the conditions of the establishment of a new Uzbekistan. It is desirable to effectively use mechanisms of state-private entrepreneurship to support agricultural producers. Leasing financing is an effective means of increasing the competitiveness of agricultural producers. The competitiveness of local agricultural producers is largely determined by their technical equipment. Low profitability, decrease in production efficiency, lack of funds, large debts of many agricultural enterprises have implemented long-term agricultural development programs. Effective functioning of the modern economy is largely determined by the interaction between the state and business. Therefore, the concept of public-private partnership (PPP) is used in the national economy as well as in the economic system of foreign countries.
