Abstract

The jurisprudential issues in which have two opinions according to the Shafi’is from the book Al-Bayan Al-Omrani (dead:558 AH) in the book of Zakat Al-Anam,           a comparative study. This is because Imam Al-Omrani (may Allah Almighty have mercy on him) was a pious, ascetic, scholar, well-known name after reputation, well-versed in jurisprudence, fundamentals of speech and grammar. He was born in Yemen. It is known that opinions differ from sayings. Because the sayings are the words of al-Shafi’i (may Allah Almighty have mercy on him) and there are two sayings in it, in the old and the new. As for the opinions, they are the opinions of the companions of Al-Shafi’i, which are based on his principles and rules, and they may be their ijtihad at times that is not based on his principles and rules, and these are not from the doctrine, but are attributed to its owner. Therefore, in this research, I chose issues from the book Al-Bayan by Al-Imrani (may Allah Almighty have mercy on him) in the book of Zakat in cattle and knowledge of the sayings The other doctrine that agreed with those opinions.  The jurisprudential issues that have two opinions according to the Shafi’s in the book (Zakat) for issues related to the zakat of cattle from the book (Al-Bayan) by Al-Omrani (Dead: 558 AH) a comparative study.
