Preparation and study of the structural properties of SnO2 nanoparticles

Abstract

This study investigated the effect of different concentration on the preparation of SnO2 nanoparticles by
hydrothermal method. The results showed that. Tin oxide (SnO2) NPs were effectively synthesized using the
hydrothermal method. The compound tin oxide has been marked with
XRD characterization structural.The properties were studied using the XRD technique and the structure of tin
oxide NPs are found to be tetragonal in shape. lattice parameters. It is found to be equal to a = b = 4.6506, c =
4.069. average crystals size is found to be on the order of 6-13nm using Scherrer's formula.
