Abstract

This paper explores the intricate dynamics that contribute to organisational resilience amidst challenges. In an ever-changing and interconnected world, the ability of organisations to withstand crises and disruptions is pivotal for survival and prosperity. The study delves into the interplay between organizational leadership, communication, commitment, and resilience, highlighting their interconnectedness and roles in maintaining a resilient organisational framework.

Effective organisational leadership goes beyond mere guidance; it involves adaptability and flexibility in response to evolving demands. Transformational leaders, who inspire and motivate their teams to excel, significantly contribute to organisational resilience. This leadership style, combined with transparent communication, fosters shared purpose and understanding among employees, enabling coordinated responses during crises.

The research underscores the critical mediating role of organizational commitment in the relationship between leadership, communication, and resilience. Employee dedication and emotional attachment to the organisation serve as a crucial link in enhancing resilience. Their commitment provides the foundation for organisational resilience, offering skills, determination, and adaptability.

However, the study acknowledges limitations in focusing on specific variables such as transformational leadership, communication, and commitment. Future research could explore additional dimensions that contribute to resilience, providing a more comprehensive understanding of this complex phenomenon
