Determine of overall health and satisfaction with development among earlier children of multigravida women

Abstract

Background: To grow and develop optimally, children need adequate nutrition, they need to be healthy, they must feel safe and secure, and have opportunities for learning starting from birth. The early years of life are crucial for health and physical, mental, and social/emotional development.


Objective: To determine of overall health and satisfaction with development among earlier children.


Methodology: A descriptive study design was used in the present study. Study undertaken among in Maharashtra; district-Satara, under Karad Taluka randomly selected a village from PHCs. By using random sampling technique, the sample consists of 492 multigravida women with their 992 earlier children. The present study is intended to focus upon the determine of overall health and satisfaction with development among earlier children (0 to 18 years) of multigravida women.


Result:  Present study total 492 multigravida women with their 992 earlier children was enrolled, distribution according to determine of overall health and satisfaction with development among earlier children. Present study result shows that; according to age wise earlier children overall health growth was gradual increased and satisfaction with development among earlier children their multigravida women satisfied.


Conclusion: The present results highlight the importance of providing overall health and satisfaction with development among earlier children of multigravida women. Present study findings shows that turn out to be significantly higher than those reported in the adolescent. This is true for both boys and girls.
